  • Monumental Mapping Projection @ 5º Asalto

This is a short editing of the monumental mapping projection I made with Human Beans at the 5º Asalto, the 5th International Festival of Urban Art of Zaragoza, Spain, in June 2010. Particularly I did the machine and amoebas parts.

The theme of the Festival was the reutilisation of abandoned places in the city, and the building we chose was an ancient factory, which was for me the starting point for my inspiration.
  • SCREEN CAPTURES
  • An article about the Festival on the Heraldo de Aragón, spanish newspaper, the 11th of june 2010.
  • Here you have the original animation of the amoebas evolving into neurons forming a net on the building (you can see the shape of the windows!). I did it in a very few days.
For the sound I chose part of the song "Fetus" of Franco Battiato.
  • And here you have the original animation of the strange machine (all of its components matches with the shapes of the details of the real building, which in the past was precisely a factory). I did it in a very few days.
Original soundtrack by Miguel García Risueño.
  • The original sketch of the machine.
