"Create, earn,experiment!" - official slogan of the11th materialization of Cardboardia

June 2012 Kartonkamsk was developed for 24 days and has had over 300,000 visitors. In the construction were attended by several thousand people. A camera that filmed Customs point of Cardboardia one day made a new photo every 9 seconds. On each picture were other gruop of tourists. Every 9 seconds to customs held more than 20 new people, some of them crossed the border illegally.

Kartonkamsk was a unique place where you make experiments, and at the same time experiments are put over you. Innovative businesses, creative experiences, new kinds of entertainment, cutting-edge research in urbanistics - all combined in Cardboard Town and is open to in-depth study.

Tyran (of all his goods!) take care and entertainment for all guests. In addition, the city is constantly changing and even capitally rebuilt with thehelp of our friends - project Cardboarders from Netherlands and Jason Webley, who arranged "Rhinoceros" (battles instrong cardboard boxes) and inspire Tyran to conduct the Day of Beards. We also managed to celebrate the Day of Aviation in Cardboardia.

Also there were two-day match play in a rock-paper-scissors. The winners received prizes from the Tyran and recognition of the Personages and tourists of Cardboardia.

We find new friends from Mexico who made absolutely great statue of Dragon.

There were more than 100 of different events inTown during 24 days: we have craft-fashion show, organized lot of workshops, lectures and flashmobs. There worked many interesting places: starting from the animation studio (where we made a moovie about Cardboard monsters on fire (with the special song of Jason Webley) and ending with a voluntary prison.

Look of Kartonkamsk changing everyday, but we close borders of town for tourists for a couple of days in the middle of materialisation and make alot of changes, we totally upgrade Kartonkmask and tourists saw already new CardboardTown for a last weeks of materialisation.

The last day of Cardboard Town was a Day of Packing. Personages packed not only their staff but everything around: tourists,air, music and etc.
