The brief asked to make some big concept to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Geocell. This network, part of Teliasonera, has as tagline: “Your own network”. It is the leader company, so a big percentage of Georgians use Geocell. The concept was to make the month of the anniversary as the tribute of Geocell and its users. For that, we made a previous teaser campaign, with many short clips where something was becoming purple (Geocell´s color). At the end, the voice over says: “Expect a purple March.” Finally, already in March, we launched the last clip you can watch here, longer one, where a string of happenings makes whole Tbilisi purple. This TV campaign was supporting by guerrilla marketing, making many public installations purple. And also, during this month, the lighting of the main streets of the city was purple as well. It eas a very succesful campaign, since everybody was talking about the teasers and, of course, after getting the answer to these, they were commenting in a very possitive way the whole campaign.
