The building is designed considering flexibility its central issue. A metallic portal frame structure allows a completely diaphanous layout, and different variations on the layout of spaces and the program. This metallic structure supports the parking lot, the rooftop, and the facade which is the exterior skin wrapping the building. A set of cubicles host different rooms and spaces, and at the same time perform a second skin function, ensuring the users higher thermal comfort inside the building, reducing the energy intake through air conditioning.
