This oil-pickled series is a product that can be stored for a long time by oil-pickling and heating Karashi Mentaiko*, so you can enjoy the taste of Karashi Mentaiko more easily and conveniently.

By oil-pickling Karashi Mentaiko, they created a unique taste that has never existed before.

“Sabinai Mentaiko” is an oil pickled nutritional food supplemented with the nutrient "vitamin E" that protects the body's lipids from oxidation and helps maintain the health of the cells in the body through its antioxidant effect.

“Taketori Mentaiko” is an oil-pickled that goes well with rice that contains Fukuoka's foodstuff such as Bamboo shoots from Ohma, Chicken called Hakatajidori and Karashi Mentaiko.

“Hot Emperor” is a very spicy oil-pickled containing Karashi Mentaiko and chili peppers, as well as various spiciness and flavor.

“Dokodemo Mentaiko” is a small type of oil-pickled that can be stored at room temperature.

*Karashi Mentaiko is spicy cod roe that the most popular and famous souvenir in Fukuoka. FUKUYA manufactured and sold Karashi Mentaiko for the first time.

ふくやの油漬けシリーズは、福岡で定番人気である明太子をもっと手軽で便利にその味わいを楽しんでいただくため、明太子を油漬けにし加熱することで長期保存が可能になった商品です。油漬けの明太子により、今までにはない個性豊かな味わいが誕生しました。

・さびない明太子：抗酸化作用により、体内の脂質を酸化から守り体の細胞の健康維持を助ける栄養素“ビタミンE”を補える栄養機能食品の油漬けです。

・たけとり明太子：合馬の筍とはかた地鶏と明太子など福岡産の具材の旨みをとじ込めたご飯と相性の良い油漬けです。

・辛皇（ホットエンペラー）：明太子と唐辛子をはじめ、辛みと風味など個性が異なるさまざまなスパイスの入った燃え上がるような辛さの油漬けです。

・どこでも明太子：常温保存可能な小分けタイプの油漬けです。キャンプやバーベーキュー、お弁当など場所を選ばずに気軽に明太子を楽しむことができます。

This product can be stored for a long time than the standard Karashi Mentaiko, and features "compatibility" that makes it easy to make your version like various recipes and fit some foodstuff at home, so I designed the brand mark and each package in the image of “Friendly FUKUYA".

The brand mark is based on the Fukuya logo mark (F mark), I designed a shape that seems “ an oil-pickled” and developed a new brand mark. Also, I designed each package with a FUN and POP impression.

定番の明太子と比べ長期的に保存ができることから、よりご自宅でいろんなレシピや食材にアレンジしやすい“相性の良さ”という特徴を抽出し「フレンドリーなふくや」を骨子にしました。

ブランドマークはふくやのロゴマーク（エフマーク）をベースに、油漬けらしい形へアレンジし、親しみのある新しいマークとして開発しました。各パッケージも楽しくPOPな印象で設計しました。
