These letterpress posters were created for the performers and production companies to promote the various shows. Each poster was printed by hand on a 90-year-old 2,000 lb. Chandler & Price press.

The type on this commissioned poster is printed from vintage wood and metal type, while the images were hand-cut from recycled plywood. I doubled the “point size” of my limited wood type collection by using full letters as both the bottom and top portion of the band’s name.
Each of these posters were hand-letterpress-printed on a 90-year-old clamshell press. The smaller type is printed from all vintage wood and metal type, while “NEKO” and “CASE” are printed from a hand-crafted, pixel-like wood matrix.
