Dangerous Driver Rehabilitation - Key Tag Workshop
For this Infographic design I created three meaningful infographics which together combine to inform viewers of the dangers of 'Dangerous Driving' Habits.

These designs are in the form of two infographics and one physical 'Key Tag' infographic which displays the 'Fatalities of Road User Groups' of a particular year as a physical reminder to drivers that every-time they use their car keys, the Safety of all road users is in their hands.

Physical Design Choices of the Key Tag

Black Seatbelt-like Material:
The material chosen is a black, seatbelt-like material which is durable, and is made to emulate a seat belt. This was to subconsciously remind the driver the importance of seatbelts, and the concept of safety - for themselves and other road users

Reflective - Eye Catching Material:
Fatal Road User Data is represented by coloured seatbelt-like material sections. This material, and colours chosen to represent the data - Red, Orange, Yellow, White and Grey, were intentionally designed. These reflective colours emulate the reflective shine of road signs - particularly the road signs indicating hazards and safety.

Silver Reflective Strips:
The seatbelt-like Key Tag material features reflective silver stripes. The material with this feature was chosen. The silver stripes are reflective and emulate the Hi-Vis shine associated with road work signs, hazards and safety. This was done to remind the driver to be 'road safe'.

The silver stripes also emulate the Zebra Crossings. This aims to remind a driver of road safety, and evoke the thought of pedestrians - further urging them to abide by 'Road Safe' Practices.

Personalised Stitching:
Drivers are required to featured their names on their Key Tag. This is to personalise the Key Tag to the driver and physically link the 'Fatal Road User Data' with the 'Named Driver.' This aims to remind the driver that every time they drive - The personal responsibility to keep all Road Users safe is literally in their hands.
