The letters D and C from Defining Chapters were taken out to form an incomplete monogram of a book, tying in to the name of the camp and also symbolising how our lives are still an incomplete book awaiting for an author to finish writing it.

 

The forward slashes represents two things: a choice for you to make and also a line break which leads to a new paragaph or stanza (most commonly used in poems or plays). Likewise, we have a choice how we want the defining chapters in our lives to be written. And the decision that we make at this defining moment will impact how the remaining new chapters of our lives will unfold.
