I joined forces with my brother, who runs Ugo Grill, an artisan fast food shop in Cremona, Italy, to bring the whole business online and test the viability of a home delivery service while was heavily hit by Covid-19.
We first developed a MVP (a Notion page with a menu shared on Facebook, orders taken via Whatsapp and card payments taken in person), and then launched ugogrill.it, an e-commerce platform that integrates with the workflow of 4 employees and 2 newly hired delivery people.
I worked on the end-to-end product design, and art directed a food photographer and a food stylist to produce high quality food photography to populate the products catalog.
