Bold colours apart from the rainbow.
Tasked with creating the flyer for a symposium on sexual education with an special focus on sexual orientation, I chose to use colour more boldly than I did before – without falling back into the rainbow trope commonly used in designs concerning LGBT issues.
Using layered geometric shapes influenced by the male/female symbols, forms begin to emerge and are being combined with the abbreviation of the symposium "SOS".
The flyer was received with a lot of praise, and was renewed the next year.
