Tudung saji serves the purpose of protecting food on a plate from flies and bugs.

I wonder if tudung saji exists in other culture. With this composition, I am imagining the tudung saji as an architecture to contain my longing for cuisine from my home in Indonesia. I take essential elements from street food market and treat the platform as both a plate and a stage.
