Problem Statement:
College students feel stressed about their productivity as they are unable to plan and follow a daily schedule due to incorrect estimation of time per task, the inclusion of unplanned activities, procrastination, and forgetfulness.
College students feel stressed about their productivity as they are unable to plan and follow a daily schedule due to incorrect estimation of time per task, the inclusion of unplanned activities, procrastination, and forgetfulness.
Solution Statement:
“U:do” will help college students increase their productivity and decrease their stress by helping them plan a daily schedule through preference-based schedule suggestions and follow it by incorporating changes dynamically, positively reinforcing motivation, suggesting breaks and prompting strategic reminders.
