My take on the standard team org chart. Instead of a top to bottom downward flow, I wanted to show team leads as supporting their teams, backing them up. It fits better with my view of the role of leadership, supporting, directing, and enabling their team members to achieve higher levels of performance, satisfaction, & client service. I continued developing the design after posting the version below, and much prefer this version, which features increased 'softness' from the rounded ends, as well as a much better feeling of flow from left to right. This is my favorite org chart ever. I feel the support and the flow—it really feels like a team.
