Functional zoning
The project has developed six different sections. Each section is designed for a different size range of apartments and cost. Each section has its unique facade and colour. The first levels are given for apartments for people with disabilities, for places for storage and recreation, as well as for commercial usage.

Apartment philosophy
Apartment planning decisions is developed taking into account different types of households. The most efficient use of space is expressed in the use of built-in closets, reducing the area of corridors in favour of residential and utility spaces with the possibility of transit. Also, the main principle is the allocation for each function of the corresponding premises or areas in the apartment.
