In 2019 we were invited to participate in a very important and inspiring project, giving shape to the "LGBT Rights Guide”, prepared by the PSOL Bench in the Legislative Assembly of Rio Grande do Sul, updating the first edition, published in 2015. We made the layout and graphic design of the guide and the result still earned us many compliments and positive feedback.
This is the kind of work that we fall in love with, you know? We are so proud of the result and happy to participate in a project that we can see each other in so many ways.

Em 2019 participamos de um projeto muito importante e inspirador, dando forma à Cartilha de Direitos LGBTs, elaborada pela Bancada do PSOL na Assembleia Legislativa do Rio Grande do Sul, atualizando a primeira edição, publicada em 2015. Fizemos a diagramação e o projeto gráfico da Cartilha e o resultado ainda hoje nos rende muitos elogios e retornos positivos.
Esse é um daqueles trabalhos que a gente cria um carinho, sabe? Realmente temos orgulho do resultado e da satisfação de participar de um projeto com o qual nos identificamos de muitas maneiras.

The visual identity of the "LGBT's Rights Guide'' used some vibrant colors that are part of our loved rainbow, with faces and graphic elements in one line draw, that represents the multiplicity of shapes and bodies that are part of the LGBTQIA+ initials. The texture and typography are also part of the organic, daring and modern visual identity.

When we talk about LGBT rights we are talking about the right to exist, love, desire and to live in a safe way that let's us explore all the possibilities of ourselves. We are passionate and excited about all this because we are part of this family.
Cactus is made of women who are part of this community and they are in the struggle for horizons in which we can live with the tranquility that our desires and expressions will not be violated.
Added to that, we L-O-V-E to create graphic projects for books, guides and other publications in this format. When the publication is politically important and relevant, the job becomes even more worthwhile.

Quando falamos sobre direitos de pessoas LGBTs estamos falando sobre o direito de existir, de amar, desejar e viver em segurança para explorar todas as possibilidades que habitar um corpo nos permite. Esse tema nos interessa, nos atravessa e toca. A Cactus é Feita pelo trabalho de mulheres que se encontram nessa sigla e na luta por horizontes em que possamos viver com a tranquilidade de que nossos desejos e expressões não serão violados.
Somado a isso, a gente A-DO-RA criar projetos gráficos para livros, cartilhas e demais publicações nesse formato. Mas quando a publicação é de tamanha relevância e importância política, o trabalho fica ainda mais prazeroso.
