The brief was to design and illustrate 3 posters for the Le Jardin Villa in Stellenbosch, B52 bungalow in Clifton & Wonderland escapes. The brief also included a menu design for Le Jardin which was inspired by the flora as well as creating the feeling of fantasy and imagination.
All 3 properties have mystical design incorporated into their interiors and exteriors such as mermaids for B52 as it is situated at the beach and Alice in Wonderland characters for Le Jardin and Wonderland Escapes in the gardens/vineyards. I incorporated this into the poster designs and used the key hole as the device in which the design and illustration sits - to symbolise looking through to a different world..
