Russia Beyond the Headlines iPad app

The app was to delivery multi-media content in a magazine style.  We looked at a simple and intuative ways the access the content, settling on a tabbar to navigate through content sections, which divided the the content but allowed easy swtiching between the sections. Direct access to content could be accessed from a 'front page' or dashbard, displaying featured articles. Summary versions of aricles lead by rich photograghy allowed the content to be more engaging and more visual while browsing. But then when viewing content in the article view  the focus was on the the content. much time was spent optimising the reading and viewing experience.

A Tigerspike production, the UX was by Niko Antonogiannis and myself. This UI concept was created by me, but was rejected by the client. The final UI was created by Alex Lambert
