Building Fair Brno 2020

Stavební veletrh Brno, jenž prezentuje průřez celým stavebnictvím, se v roce 2020 zaměří na vnitřní prostředí budov a tepelný komfort. Během čtyř dnů se objeví témata jako zelené střechy a fasády, topení a chlazení, větrání a stínění nebo osvětlení a akustika. Doba trvání festivalu je reflektována v typografii hlavního názvu, který je na plakátě umístěn čtyřikrát a postupně dochází k jeho zvětšování, až nabyde finální, „dostavěné“ podoby. Dalším odkazem ke stavebnictví je kótování délkových rozměrů hlavních informací. Celková koncepce plakátu vychází z hlavního tématu stavebního festivalu, a to tepelného komfortu neboli pocitu, jenž člověk vnímá při pobytu v určitém prostředí, kde by neměl pociťovat pocit nepříjemného chladu ani nadměrného tepla. Idea tepla a chladu je symbolizována pomocí použitých barev, červené pro teplo a modré pro chlad. Proudění jak teplého, tak studeného vzduchu je znázorněno čarami, které formují velké písmeno S.
The Building Fair Brno, which presents a cross-section view of the entire construction industry, will in year 2020 focus on the Inner Environment and Thermal Comfort. During the four days, topics such as Green Roofs and Facades, Heating and Cooling, Ventilation and Sun-shading and Lighting and Acoustics will appear. The festival duration is reflected in the typography of the main title, which is placed four times on the poster and gradually becomes bigger until it comes to its final, finished form. Another reference to the construction industry is the dimensioning of the lengths of the main information. The overall concept of the poster is based on the Building Fair’s main theme – Thermal Comfort, in other words, a feeling that one perceives when staying in a certain environment, where one should not feel uncomfortable cold or excessive heat. The idea of heat and cold is symbolized by the used colors, red for heat and blue for cold. The flow of both hot and cold air is represented by lines that form the capital letter S.
