A pop-up that changed ... everything for 5 days.

I worked alongside some incredible designers to bring each country to life, by finding and writing interesting stories about each one. Storytelling was intrinsic to the concept; every menu, poster, even salt and pepper shaker had something interesting to say, helping to immerse our guests in whatever 'country' they were in.
