Understanding that people have unique employment needs related to work type, hours, and location, they designed a universal solution that eliminates the first hurdle back into employment.
For this project we created a complete visual identity and UX/UI design for Socialwyze, an organization that connects displaced workers with public benefit projects.
Through the identity and the app general mood, you will find vibrant colors and encouraging texts along with several gamification tools as a way of inspiring the workers. All this is framed in the confidence and transparency that talking about employment and life changing opportunities requieres.
