A CGI illustration created for Depthcore XLI – Mirror. Pestilence – one of the four horsemen of the Apocalypse. Pestilence is the horseman associated with infectious disease and plague. This piece is a personal piece and reflection on humanity, diseases, and death. It seems that no matter what we do, good or bad, Pestilence the horseman will eventually catch up to all of us. Do we hide from it, or do we embrace it? This illustration was 95% created in CGI, with a few touch-ups in Photoshop.
