Branding stories.

There is always a story behind every brand. And just as a brand or a business might have their own moments of struggle and progress, their logo, which serves as a culmination of the brand it represents, undergoes a process of similar rigour to attain a solution that satisfies its intended function. The challenge in designing a logo, perhaps, is in representing the complicated ideas behind a brand in a simple language that leaves a mark, whilst balancing the visual system and narrative aspects of the identity itself.

Presented here are a selection of logos designed by Kwan over his years of working as a branding and graphic designer—a series of logos amalgamating aesthetics, stories, and business values of clientele. Rather than being confined within a singular style, Kwan endeavours to represent every brand through their own unique stories features through utilising the subtlest of visual forms and languages, each brand to their own.
