My task was to create an original, personal birthday gift for my brother-in-law. I decided to make a classically looking bust of him and my wife.

As an inspiration I used a picture of my wife and brother-in-law that was recently taken on a hike we took.

By observing this and few other pictures of them I build a 3D model of the bust.

Then I had it 3D printed using white plastic. A simple photo became a beautiful keepsake to treasure forever.
