The FlexKap: Redesigning the Mobile Suit for the Industrial Man
The Flex-Kap is the seam solution for the Red Kap man. The organic, anatomical seam construction adheares to the wearer’s construction. New seam lines carve out musclature in the center back, the lateral torso and the quadriceps. Seam lines are rerouted to give the user maximum comfort and minimal need to readjust while working. Wearers can feel confident in both their appearance and performance abilities while wearing the Flex-Kap and need never doubt the durability or comfort of its professional, innovative fit.

The FlexKap was sewn from bulk bolts of material provided by the client. The material is a 65/35 Polyblend Cotton that met the specifications to maintain color and quality longevity for the clients' end users. Organic seamlines are highlighted by white outlines; the direction of improved mobility in previously hindered areas are marked by orange arrows.
