Evening Event Mixer
Reception for 3000 held at the Experience Music Project in Seattle. The entire set was relocated from a convention center that had been used for an opening reception. My role for the project was event design production manager. As the pieces were shipped from a Boston location, I managed the logistics of transportation, local set up, crew coordination and venue management.
neon 'glow' tables enhanced the existing venue lighting.
custom gobo backdrops drew attention to buffet tables.
minor styling was needed to tables.
a glowing bar completed the look and helped draw attention to it for attendees.
