My primary role this year was solely with the event design. Part of the challenge with this year was bringing fully designed sets across the country at a reasonable rate. As such, it was essential to design with synergy.
Key changes - used free standing wall rooms in stead of draped rooms; one armless chair that allowed for a variety of configurations (singles, loveseat, three seat). And given the resounding success of the year prior, additional rooms were added (white and a modern beer garden).
All sponsors of the rooms hosted formal presentations with key executives and cocktail receptions at night. A few also hosted power breakfast meetings and breaks.
