The Abu Dhabi Experience

Abu Dhabi is an ideal destination for Family Fun, Culture Vultures, Business Delegates, Luxury Lovers, Active Adventurers and Beach Lovers. 
But The Department of Culture and Tourism, Abu Dhabi felt that prospective visitors in UK and Germany were unaware, alienated and let’s just say… too busy with their routine.
So to pitch Abu Dhabi as the perfect escape from the mundane, we sent them a little reminder about the weather in their location vs the weather in Abu Dhabi. And then highlighted just how accessible it was to swap their usual for some extraordinary views.

We partnered with Google to create a dynamic campaign with over 5400 customized banners.  
Based on interests, we targeted 6 audiences in 6 cities across UK and Germany and then mapped each tailored message and image to the appropriate category using up to 15 dynamic applications per audience. 
And leveraged on geo location and weather APIs to create communication that hit the spot.
And that’s not all, we even used DV360 bidding to maximise the efficacy of our campaign and optimize audience and size performance.
The results were staggering! We witnessed a whopping increase in overall performance across UK and Germany
With an impressive overall impression and over 7000 hotel searches and 6600 flight searches the campaign truly surpassed our expectations and resulted in increased stays and hotel spends across the city.
