I was a member of the original creative strategy team for Joyride, establishing the games original brand narrative, and helping develop the original concept.  During early development I also introduced User Centered Design Practices, such as Goal Driven Development, Personas, and Scenario based game / feature design. I managed parts of the front end development during early conceptual phases and also led early consumer insight strategies and usability testing initiatives. 

It was a great learning process to see a traditional game evolved and become a viable Kinect experience. Moving from the controller to "you are the controller." Very exciting stuff.
