New Model: A complete restructuring of the ZooBrew event in an effort to generate greater efficiencies and profitability as well as streamline internal management aspects.
Revenue: First time to ever sell out VIP tickets for event--achieved in less than a week from tickets going on sale. One-of-a-kind event poster--return of 30 times original investment per poster.
Sponsorship: Complete reorganization of sponsorship management and outreach. Quadrupled event sponsorship dollars from prior year.
Status: Revenue and attendance figures have grown every year since overall changes were implemented.
