'That Gravy' Book

Illustrative book 'That Gravy', reveals the secret for the weird phenomenon of people being overly addicted to the mysterious satay and its sauce. Using the idea of 'behind the closed door', the book is bind in such a way that the audiences are 'opening the doors' (pages), to reveal the secret behind. 
 
Each illustration depicts the different scenes from the infamous urban legend of the old satay club in Singapore, back in 1970s.
 
The old satay club was well-known for their mouth-watering satays and the aroma. However, an urban legend that had been spreading around in 1970s, that 'special' ingredients were added to get their customers to be addicted to their satays. The 'special' ingredients were underwear and soiled sanitary napkins. It was also said that these rumours were started to sabotage other satay hawkers, in order to boost their own satay business.
