Noise Singapore is a platform for creative talents in Singapore to create some noise in their own creative field; design, arts, film, photography, music etc. Every year, they will have an open call to welcome creatives to be part of their Noise Design Team where selected individuals are required to design two postcards as part of Noise Singapore promotional materials.
