Loyalty Marketing is investing in a 5 million dollar media buy. The campaign is targeted to upper funnel, broad inspiration, with a goal to drive understanding of program benefits. In support of this investment and increased traffic we’ve redesigned the page to address several areas:
*Reduce confusion that Marriott Bonvoy is the new loyalty program – not a hotel brand
*Educate non-members on the value of membership and provide clear call to actions
*Engage existing members through travel & redemption opportunities
The hypothesis
Users driven or navigating to the Marriott Bonvoy overview page are seeking information about the loyalty program. Delivering a clear, cohesive benefits story while highlighting unique program features (aka Moments, Homes and Villas) will increase:
*Enrollment
*Sign In
*Booking and redemption rates
