Identity for Growth



You know this scenario – work done for your closest friends is the most ungrateful one :). Well, definitely not in this case! Cocoon had a great pleasure and a grateful task to create a full A-to-Z identity for its closest partner in business, the Grouport engaged investment. Grouport is a unique concept. It is an investment solution with a focus on start-ups. It aims to attract people with great ideas, who want to get things rolling with their promising and innovative projects. In our task, we began from scratch. The first step was to invent the original name, “Grouport”. It reflects the growth – the main essence of the funds – and gives it a touch of uniqueness and security, which the target audience is mainly seeking for. The same goes for the logo built on bold and dynamic typeface and a simple graphical element of steps towards growth.


From logo to all identity elements, the minimalistic design embraces simple geometric shapes underlining the innovation-oriented direction of the company. The modern and young color palette emphasizes the start-up category to which Grouport belongs. We created the full corporate identity that was applied to various touchpoints, including the webpage, the user interface and experience design, and the page structure. The application of the visual identity extended to stationery - name tags, business cards, letterheads, etc., and, last but not least, banners for launch campaign on Grouport. The result is the visual expression inspired by the unique approach to business.
