Shoprunner.com Onboarding
Problem:
Users were falling off during the onboarding screens and not making it to the
personalized homepage.
Solve:
Making the screens as quick and easy to get through as possible.
Making the screens as quick and easy to get through as possible.
I took away the minimum selection requirements and also made the age ranges clickable instead of a dropdown.
Metrics:
Before only 40% of users got to the homepage
After 90% of users got to the homepage
