Proposing new ideas in a scenario where the spur of the Central Freeway is completely removed, our group of eight has restored 13th Street to a neighborhood main street.
As part of a group focusing on Open Space, we created a framework for the area to promote social, economic, and ecological sustainability.
As a personal project, I proposed and designed a 3.5-acre park at the eastern end of the site as a foundation for development at that end of the new 13th Street corridor.
