L.A. TEA TIME
Sophie Bédard Marcotte asked us to create a logo and a poster for L.A. Tea Time, her latest feature. We were inspired by the unique nature of this film that sits between documentary and fiction and blurs the line between what is real and what isn't, while taking us on a peculiar road-trip that becomes a meditative adventure. The design echoes all those elements and uses the bright colors and the playfulness between the type and the image of the protagonist to match the humor and the fun energy of the story.

Sophie Bédard Marcotte nous a demandé de créer un logo et une affiche pour L.A. Tea Time, son dernier long métrage. Nous nous sommes inspirés de la nature unique de ce film entre documentaire et fiction qui brouille la démarcation entre le réel et l'irréel et nous entraîne dans un "road-trip" singulier aux allures d'aventure méditative. Le design fait écho à tous ces éléments et utilise les couleurs vives et le jeu entre le texte et l'image de la protagoniste pour évoquer l'humour et l'énergie enjouée présents tout au long de l'histoire.
