BIMINI
In this self-initated project, we mixed 3D design and studio photography to create a modern, shiny and eerie take on the fountain of youth myth from the Bahamas archipelago of Bimini. We first shot the model, and then replicated the light settings and camera angles in a 3D software before compositing the final images together.
Working with this technique allows us to free ourselves from the laws of physics, and opens the door unto unique visual universes where anything is possible!

Pour ce projet créatif, nous avons mélangé design 3D et photographie en studio pour illustrer notre interprétation moderne, luisante et énigmatique du mythe de la fontaine de jouvence de l’archipel de Bimini dans les Bahamas. Nous avons d'abord photographié la mannequin, puis reproduit l'éclairage et les angles de caméra à l'intérieur d'un logiciel de 3D avant de recomposer les images finales.
Cette technique de travail nous permet de nous libérer complètement des lois de la physique et d'accéder ainsi à des univers visuels uniques où les possibilités sont exponentielles!
