We were presented the challenge of taking an older day care facility that had been vacant for a number of years and turn it into a live-work unit for a couple that owned a marketing firm. The colors were outdated, and the interior was filled with walls and water from a leaky roof, but after meeting with the client and working together to craft a vision for the project, we ended up with a clean, modern space that was able to serve their needs very well.
