Creation, management and reconciliation of event budgets, expenses and time lines. Adhering to project time lines and budget guidelines.

Implementation of marketing campaigns introduced by Ricoh.

Responsibility for leading/managing various install teams in the planning and implementation process for all aspects of events; including
attending regular Ricoh planning and event follow-up meetings.

Delivering project deliverables (merchandise and collateral) on-time, on-budget and to client expectations.
