Day 42: Left to my Own Devices

Before I say anything else, I will mention that I'll be live sculpting on Tuesday @7pm at Anno Domini coinciding with all the festivities surrounding Oculus Connect. It should be good fun and a very stimulating space. You'll get to experience Aidan Wolf's Doodlelens magically transform your drawings, watch Sutu paint live and bear witness to strange panels titled Age of Agoraphobia. You can find more about the event here.

And for those like me who are experiencing OC6 for the first time, do take a wee break to read social VR luminary Navah Berg's article on how to navigate the waters surrounding the event. I do anticipate any ambivert energy that I have left in my reserves are going to get worked overtime! Go big or go home, right?

I'm a bit shaken yet knackered as we speak because I nearly corrupted my most important project by opening it in the newest version of Unity in the hopes of running it on a more stable build. Although I made a backup, it still gave me a minor stroke when Unity refused to open the file, even going so far as to prompt me to Force Quit. This is what I get for creating a beta IN a beta with preview packages. Talk about playing with fire. So I return to the mantra that I would like some support pretty please. I'm just glad I didn't burn the house down. There's always tomorrow for that.

In brighter news, what kind of things do you think I should sculpt during my session?
