House decor is a very specific business field with wide clientele. Majority of the clients will be people who simply want a painting to decorate their living room, office or make a gift for the loved ones, but the brand must be appealing e.g. for hotel owners or interior designers as well.

The main values for Fancy Tamarin are ecology and uniqueness. The images are carefully selected, printed on ecological materials and come from creators – photographers, designers and illustrators. This makes a difference in terms of a price – stock photos on plastic textiles are cheaper and faster to make. That makes their products premium.

A tamarin is a little monkey from Central and South America and it beautifully describes the brand. It’s friendly, cute and a little cheeky. Unfortunately, some species are also threatened with extinction. It lives in tropical rainforests commonly known as a pro-ecological symbol. That’s why from very early sketches we wanted to create a mascot for a brand which shows these values.

We wanted to make a logo that is simple but unique, with colours associated with nature and happiness. It has to show the premium character of the product but be accessible, eye-catching and look well incorporated on different materials. Additional, with round mascot it can be well presented in social media.
