Simplitoo Project. The product.
The task was to design a new platform that enable entrepreneurs to quickly, safely and simply launch and run their own businesses in France.
The challenge was that in the process of registering a company in France, you must provide a large amount of information as filling forms. There was a need to make this process smooth and divide it into logical parts so that the user could easily understand what information was required and to save entered data without having to refill it again.
It was decided to divide the process into three sections with several steps inside each of it:
1. Questionnaire
allows user to fill information about company's type, name, address, shareholders and directors and forms a Company's Statute based on the filled information.
2. Choix Formule
allows user to choose different pricing plans
3. Confirmation
this section redirecting user to his online account where he can manage his company and contribute additional information related to his business field
