The Product
The task was to design a new platform that enable entrepreneurs to quickly, safely and simply launch and run their own businesses in France.
The challenge was that France is heavily bureaucratic country and within the French administration it is notoriously difficult to set up a business. This makes it very difficult for the common person to do this alone.
Wouldn’t it be better to have a platform that initially helps the user/entrepreneur to create their company by being the link between the entrepreneur and the administration. The platform that does all the administrative work for the entrepreneur so that they can simply start invoicing their customers?
My role in the project was to provide:
- research,
- create wireframes,
- create design layouts,
- interactive prototypes
- and provide design specifications.
During this project we used sketch, invision, teamwork, and trello. I worked closely with project manager/visual designer, and developers.
The whole work process was divided into small sprints:

I started with user research - how many companies and which type of companies set up each year in france, who’s our main competitors, their strong and weak points in terms of UX.
2.
based on that, we create Registration flow
3.
After all from the above was discussed, agreed and completed, I moved to homepage wireframe and design. We learned through A/B testings and design had few evaluations
