Inspired by Kiran Rao's 10 second videos, this video was created around the purest of emotions, a mother's love.
"Kala Tika" has a long drawn history as an Indian tradition for prevention from "Evil Eye", in most accounts it is the manifestation of someone's care and protectiveness for a beloved.
Revolving around this idea, we gave the concept a modern twist using one of our 'Nimbu Mirchi' pins.
Nimbu-Mirchi a symbol of protective layer in Indian Households is said to prevent any harm that might happen to our homes, building on this belief, we weaved the story of Arun.
