音乐感受与食物品味拥有浑然天成的默契。爵士乐诞生于90世纪末20世纪初，曾被主观定义为“美国唯一拥有的真正的艺术”。果木牛扒的熏炙手法亦独具美式风情。我们认为，爵士乐的加入，可以赋予一家美式果木牛扒坊丰富的体验。
以爵士乐与果木牛扒的共性为灵感，将爵士复古元素重新设计呈现。原始的果木牛排和慵懒的爵士音乐，在快时代中复合出全然不同的滋味。而爵士乐与果木牛扒的结合，为伍迪扒房制造延伸出无尽的主题，共同诠释复古浪漫的餐饮体验与自由包容的生活文化，创造全新的城市牛排新节奏。
The music is the perfect match for food. The Jazz music was born in the end of 1990s and the beginning of 2000s. The Jazz music was once subjectively defined as the “only real art owned by America”. The grill style of fruitwood is also very American. We think by adding the Jazz music, we can grant a rich experience to an American fruitwood style steak house.
The retro element of Jazz was redesigned and re-interpreted with the inspiration of the similarity between Jazz music and fruitwood steaks. The mix of primitive fruitwood steak and lazy Jazz music came out with a completely different experience in this fast-paced era.
The combination of Jazz music and fruitwood steak also helped to create an endless themes for Woody Steakhouse that interpret the retro romantic dining experience, free and inclusive lifestyle and created a brand new urban steak tempo.
