I've had the privilege of working on a campaign dedicated to mental illness for 3 consecutive years. I must admit, it is by far one of the most rewarding and heartwarming campaigns I've worked on.

Bell Let’s Talk is the single largest corporate commitment to mental health in Canada. 

Every year, millions of Canadians suffer from a mental illness ranging from anxiety to OCD to depression. By partnering with Bell for the Bell Let’s Talk initiative we’ve been able to get a better understanding of the gravity of these illnesses and how much of an impact they can have on us all.









Since  2010, the campaign has raised over $100 million for mental health initiatives in Canada with over 1 billion interactions. The hashtag #BellLetsTalk was also the most trending and used Canadian hashtag in 2018 on Twitter. 
















  
   





But it didn't stop there. 
We got the advertising industry to break the stigma and speak up as well. More than 15 agencies shared their personal stories!
