BLADE RUNNER 2049 CAMPAIGN
Blade Runner is one of my all time favorite sci-fi movies. Period. So to have the chance at putting in comps for the new Blade Runner. Mind was slowly blown.
From 2017 to 2018 at Concept Arts the team put in a lot of hard work and hours into figuring out a look for a movie that had a huge amount of history behind it. My good friend Stan Sun really helped unlock some key visuals for what would end up becoming final key art for the film. You can see his post here that talks a lot about the experiences working on this campaign.
I'm proud to be able to share with you all the character posters that ended up getting the finish for domestic. Our peer Steve Reeves created the awesome set of character posters for the international campaign, which you can check out here
I also had the opportunity to design the magazine cover for the Blade Runner Entertainment Weekly issue, along with visuals in the spread.
