Biometrics in Banking

The following user flow was mapped taking into account the analysis of technology services and business objectives, in order to offer an easier and safer way to use banking digital products through the usage of facial recognition technology.

As part of the MVP reach the facial recognition should be able to help the user to use it as a token to operate his/her products through other channels, sign in to the app and make money movements. Also the escenarios where the service gets blocked were explored.
