Diplomas, Not Diapers

A knee jerk campaign focused at older teens to bring awareness to the issue of teen pregnancy in a form that would get the students to at least read the information. I focused largely on the text and image juxtapositions to create a slightly jarring, entertaining graphic to grab eyeballs in hopes that the one line of factual information will be read. The posters advertised for a local event that would hold informational session from everything from safe sex, to planned parenthood to make sure teens were prepared and educated.
The ties between the posters lie largely in the treatment of image and bright colors. Essentially, one targeted at males, and one females using everyday objects: A banana and a naked Barbie Doll.
The website for the campaign providing information and facts targeted for younger audiences and debunking myths about sex and pregnancy.
News feed, Mission statement and a fact to get more attention brought to the topic.
A Q&A of myths. Displayed is a grouping of "myths" or "common perceptions" that are answered when clicked on.
