For Fintech Start-up ComplianceWise the golden idea is to make compliance an easy task for Advisers and Accountants. 

While doing the magic technologically, the challenge for the Team (owner, marketing and P.O) was how to make it user friendly.

We researched our target group by doing usabilty tests on the beta version of the software and validated hypothesis and gained lots of new insights for visualising the journey and persona.

Based on those insights we proposed alternatives to the current flows and screens with rapid prototypes

We prioritised the proposed alterations on business value and costs to make a realistic planning how to learn and adapt.
